Refund & Deposit Policy
A legal disclaimer
To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date, covers initial planning, and ensures product and staffing availability.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event, unless otherwise stated in your contract.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a future date (subject to availability) if notice is given at least 14 days in advance.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but we will do our best to accommodate a new event date within the same calendar year.
