By booking an event or making a payment to Adventures in Taste LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are intended to protect both the client and Adventures in Taste by ensuring clear expectations, responsibilities, and procedures for all services provided.

1. Booking & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to make final payment may result in cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled (subject to availability) if notice is given at least 14 days in advance. If Adventures in Taste must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or extreme weather), a full refund or credit will be issued.

3. Service & Setup Requirements
Client must provide adequate space, access to water and electricity (if required), and safe working conditions for setup and service. Adventures in Taste reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Alcohol Service
For bartending services, all guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Adventures in Taste reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage, in compliance with state laws.

5. Food Safety & Allergies
While we take great care in food preparation, Adventures in Taste is not responsible for allergic reactions. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Damages & Liability
Adventures in Taste is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence. Client agrees to take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of guests and staff.

7. Photography & Promotion
Adventures in Taste reserves the right to photograph or video event setups and displays for promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges they have read and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
